About us

Since 2017, we've been helping individuals & communities gain clarity, confidence, and deeper insight into their gut health.

Our Purpose

Understanding the Science Behind Your Gut health

Gutfeeling Labs was founded to translate complex microbiome science into practical diagnostic tools and solutions that help people better understand and improve their gut health. Research increasingly shows that the gut microbiome influences far more than digestion, playing an important role in immunity, metabolism, cardiovascular health, mood disturbances and potential riskfactors to several chronic diseases.

By combining scientific research, advanced diagnostics, and targeted nutritional strategies, Gutfeeling Labs helps identify hidden gut imbalances and address the underlying causes of symptoms rather than simply managing superficial issues.

Our Story

The idea behind Gutfeeling Labs emerged from immunotherapy research, where scientists observed that patients with certain gut microbiome profiles responded better to treatment. This raised the question: could the gut microbiome influence more than digestion, including immune function and disease outcomes?

As research expanded, it became clear that microbial activity and gut barrier health play a key role in overall well-being. Gutfeeling Labs was created to translate these insights into practical diagnostic tools for understanding gut health.

2017

Early Research Phase

Initial scientific work exploring links between microbiome composition and immune response.

2018

Expanding Microbiome Research

Growing global evidence connecting gut bacteria with metabolic health, inflammation, and neurological conditions.

2024

First urine-based SIBO & leaky gut test

Creation of a detection tool designed to measure key biological markers related to gut health.

2026

Today

Gutfeeling Labs continues advancing research and launched cardiometabolic components to the test and a 100% natural supplement to restore the gut balance.

Our Vision

We believe the future of medicine will increasingly focus on preventive, systems-based approaches to health. The gut microbiome represents one of the most important frontiers in this shift.

Our vision is to help build a future where gut health diagnostics become a routine part of understanding overall well-being, enabling earlier intervention and more personalized health strategies.

THE STORY BEHIND THE LAB
"I couldn't get a clear answer about my own gut.
So I developed a test, to help myself - and others."

If you’ve ever felt unwell without knowing why, Hans has been there. That’s exactly why he built a test that gives you real answers.
